Churches in Oak Harbor is a series of blog posts and video interviews of pastors.  In this episode I interview Oak Harbor Assembly of God Pastor Mark Geer.

As a Pentecostal church, OH Assembly of God emphasizes the need for believers to be empowered by the Holy Spirit.  This is demonstrated in their worship style, and in what Pastor Mark speaks about in his messages.  This church is active in the community, partnering with such organizations as the Garage of Blessings, SPIN Cafe, and the Pregnancy Care Clinic.  In addition to leading this church, Mark also works as a substitute teacher in the Oak Harbor Public Schools.

Oak Harbor Assembly of God meets for worship each Sunday from 10:30am to noon, with programs for children.
